She really took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options before deciding and went out of her way to make sure I got the right storage setup. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making things easy. The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free thanks to her. The employees are super nice, and welcoming. They let me use their restroom whenever I’m around and give out free water bottles, coffee and little snacks. I got a small unit when I first moved my stuff into master storage 365. It was a perfect size for my belongings at the time. Then I needed a bigger unit as I added more stuff so I told them I needed to upgrade to a bigger one and they let me move in at my earliest convenience, they made it very simple to move into it, and now it’s spacier for my things and I can organize my stuff more efficiently than my last unit.

Great place, great price easy access. Business friendly. They have 24hr access and We never got a complaint or had a problem coming in at 4 am to load a truck for the day. Place is well lit and clean very secure.
