I really recomend Master Storage 365. Natalie is an excellent and hard worker. She went above and beyond to help me. I really had a great experience.

Too expensive but very high tech in this almost completely digital age of ours. I'm paying 360/month for a 12×30 when I had a 25×20 @ pacific storage in Fresno for same price. For those who aren't math people that is the difference of 360sf vs. 500sf. Huuuuge difference! Only reason for 4 stars is price. Outside of that... nicest place I've ever had storage BY FAR!

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your employee, Eric Santillan, during my drop in request about your storage facility and my needs during a transitional time in my life. I was facing the problem of storage for my furniture and personal items which needed to be moved immediately, as well as seeking a PO Box for mail that was still being delivered to address I had to abruptly leave. As we all know moving in general during normal conditions is all too stressful , add to the equation the pandemic , no personal vehicle as well as having to execute move Immediately, and a persons stress level increases ten fold. I was attended by Mr. Eric Santillan, working as Facility Manager in your Madera location. Mr. Santillan welcomed me into facility and after hearing a quick rundown of how much space I needed suggested a 10x10 size unit, (which I had already asked about from nearby competitors) and if we had time to view unit? Mr Santillan noticed that my daughter and son were waiting in car and welcomed us all with a water and smile as he drove us to view the unit. Through his knowledge and awareness of what a customer would encounter from other storage facilities In area he tactfully answered my questions , some even before I asked! The ability to provide a resolution quickly and professionally as well as his genuine welcome into facility far exceeded my expectations. I am really pleased with the whole ” EXPERIENCE” in becoming an MS 365 customer! Mr Santillan made me feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship which means more than just making a sale and for this reason would love to recommend your company to anyone who needs storage or any of the services you provide in the future.
