Maddy was amazing! As soon as I walked in the door she offered me cold water and a place to sit! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the facility. I felt very welcomed and safe with leaving my belongings here at the storage. She walked me thru the app ands how to do everything. I will definitely use this facility again in the future if needed and will refer others.
