I’ve had my storage for over 2 years now and never had any issues. The staff has always been helpful and answering all questions with a great attitude. Currently looking to upgrade in size and Maddy was able to assist me with options for the best way to go about it. Looking forward to continue to work with her in the transfer of my storage during this week.

I can't you how much Maddie at Master Storage in Madera has been to us. We had a major disaster and let me say how sincere she been to us. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was done over the phone and let me say how easy it was. Maddie sent photos of the storages while on the phone the sizes they were and was able to sign the contract as well. Maddie went over the app on how to enter the premises and omg how easy it was and so convenient. No key no pin to enter. And forget about trying to look for your storage, you go on the app and it can send locator beep with a flashing light directly to your storage. And knowing the peace of mind I have with the security there, i can get notifications on my phone if movement is detected in my storage. And the best part I can go anytime of the of the day or night! I have 4 days to pay my storage if I can't do it on the 1st and no worries about getting a rent increase, what you pay for is is what you pay for. I highly recommend you rent from Master storage it's not corporate it's family owned and the best part of it, if you need a vehicle to haul your things there they have a uhaul truck size you can use for the day at no cost to you. Madera Storage 365 in Madera is great! I have a physical address mailbox I rent from them, then they also helped me over the phone get a store unit! The best customer service from Maddie.
