Are my belongings safe at Master Storage 365?
Master Storage 365 is equipped with computerized entry and exit systems. In addition, our facility is being monitored using our cameras 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each of our units are also individually alarmed with sensors and only you have a keyless entry into your unit.
When can I access my storage unit?
Store with Master Storage 365 and have access to your belongings 24/7 with our Gold Package. No phone calls ahead or appointments. When you’re ready to move in or move out, do it on your own time.
Do you offer moving and packing supplies?
We offer affordable moving and packing supplies such as tape, locks, boxes, mattress covers, dust covers, bungee cords, rope, grip gloves, and boxes of all sizes.
Does Master Storage 365 offer climate controlled units?
We offer secure and affordable climate controlled units that protect items from temperature and humidity damage.
Am I able to rent a mailbox or storage locker?
In order to accommodate commercial and residential customers, we offer private mailboxes and storage lockers. Many of our customers need an established business address separate from their residential address.
Do you accept packages?
We accept packages sent to your Master Storage 365 unit or held for pick-up with our Gold Package. We also assist with item storage and retrieval to have your items pulled directly from your unit for easy pick-up, delivery or shipping. Check out our Gold Package units!
How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Call to speak with one of our storage experts if you need assistance deciding on which unit size is best for you. Be sure to have a list of everything that you intend to store to ensure a more accurate unit estimation. You can also check out our Size Guide in our website to see what size unit you need.
Am I able to pay my storage bill online?
Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also stop by the facility or give us a call.
What are the lease options?
Our leases are available month-to-month.
Do you offer tenant insurance?
For ultimate protection, we offer property insurance for storage tenants.
